About Us
From a young age Maria Galdamez was raised in a family-oriented environment, where she was taught about the importance of spending time with loved ones and negotiating business over a freshly cooked meal. Fast forward to 2022, armed with 15 years of experience in the restaurant industry and Galdamez has combined her two passions of providing quality customer service and creating delicious food, to open her own restaurant, the Cuscatlan Restaurant LLC.
